- To administer the Promotion — accept entries, remove duplicates, enforce one entry per person, exclude ineligible states, and select and verify the winner.

- to announce the winner — per the Official Rules, a winner's first name, last initial, and state may be published (e.g., on Instagram);

- Marketing: unsubscribe via the link in any marketing email (we comply with CAN-SPAM).
