1. Sponsor
This Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes" or "Promotion") is sponsored by Iced Jewels, a California limited liability company, of Los Angeles, California (the "Sponsor"). The Sponsor's full mailing address is available on written request by email to icedjewelsnyc@gmail.com. The Sponsor is responsible for all aspects of administration, entrant verification, prize fulfillment, and tax reporting.
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater) at the time of entry.
The Sweepstakes is VOID in the U.S. states of Florida, New York, and Rhode Island, and is VOID anywhere else prohibited or restricted by law. Entries received from, and entrants residing in, those jurisdictions are not eligible and will be disqualified.
Employees, officers, directors, and agents of the Sponsor and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, suppliers, and advertising/promotion agencies, and the immediate family members and household members of each, are not eligible to enter or win.
By entering, each entrant represents that participation is lawful in their jurisdiction. It is each entrant's sole responsibility to ensure that entry and acceptance of the prize are permitted under the laws applicable to them.
3. Promotion Period
The Sweepstakes begins on July 5, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on July 19, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. (noon) Eastern Time (the "Promotion Period"). The winner will be drawn after entries close and announced at approximately 9:00 p.m. Eastern Time (6:00 p.m. Pacific Time) the same day. The Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes. Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
There are two (2) ways to receive entries. Both methods have an equal chance of winning. You do not need to pay or purchase anything to enter or win, and a purchase will not improve your chances of winning.
(a) Entry with Purchase. Visit the Sponsor's online store at the handbook product page and purchase The Rolex Buyer's Handbook, a digital guide, for US $10.00. The handbook is sold at its regular retail price for the independent value of the product itself and is delivered electronically by instant download — no physical item ships. As a free promotional bonus, each purchaser receives one (1) sweepstakes entry at no additional charge. You are purchasing the handbook; the entry is a free bonus.
(b) Free Alternate Method of Entry ("AMOE" — No Purchase Necessary). To receive an entry for free — with the same chance of winning and without buying anything — complete the free online entry form with your full name, mailing address, email address, and date of birth. No payment or purchase of any kind is required, and a free entry has exactly the same chance of winning as an entry received with a purchase. Entries generated by bots, scripts, macros, or other automated means, and any entries obtained through fraud or in violation of these Rules, are void.
Limit: one (1) entry per person. Regardless of the method of entry, each individual may receive only one (1) entry during the Promotion Period. Entries are de-duplicated by name, email, and mailing address; any additional or duplicate entries by the same person are void, whether obtained by purchase or by the free method. A purchase does not entitle an entrant to more than one entry and does not improve the chance of winning.
Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, or not received due to technical failures, internet or website outages, or any cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control.
5. Equal Treatment of Entries
All entries — whether received with a handbook purchase or through the free Alternate Method of Entry — are pooled together and have an identical probability of being selected. Because entry is limited to one per person, every entrant has an equal chance of winning. Method of entry has no effect on a participant's chance of winning, and making a purchase does not increase the odds of winning. Entries received via purchase and via the AMOE are administered in the same manner and have equal dignity.
6. Winner Selection and Odds of Winning
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be held on or about July 19, 2026 by the Sponsor using a verifiable, seeded random-number drawing process for which an audit log is generated and retained. Because entry is limited to one per person, the odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entrants. The winner will be announced on July 19, 2026 at approximately 9:00 p.m. Eastern Time (6:00 p.m. Pacific Time) on the Sponsor's Instagram account (@icedjewelsnyc) and will also be notified directly using the contact details provided at entry.
7. Winner Notification and Verification
The potential winner will be notified by email and/or telephone using the contact details provided at entry. The potential winner must respond within five (5) days of first notification attempt. Before being declared the confirmed winner and receiving the prize, the potential winner must: (i) verify identity, age, and residency; (ii) sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and (where lawful) a Publicity Release; and (iii) complete all tax documentation required by the Sponsor (including a valid IRS Form W-9).
If the potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) days, fails to respond, fails to meet eligibility requirements, declines the prize, or fails to return required documents by the stated deadline, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.
8. Prize
One (1) Grand Prize: a Rolex Oyster Perpetual Day-Date 36 wristwatch in 18-karat yellow gold, with a green malachite dial, diamond-set Roman numerals, a factory diamond-set bezel, and a President bracelet, as independently sourced and authenticated by the Sponsor. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): US $100,000. The ARV is an estimate; the actual value may vary with market conditions, and no difference between stated and actual value will be awarded.
The prize consists solely of the watch as described. Insured shipping to the confirmed winner's address within the United States is included. All other costs not expressly described as part of the prize are the responsibility of the winner. Only one (1) prize will be awarded. The prize is non-transferable and no cash or other substitution will be made, except that the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Third-party trademarks. ROLEX, OYSTER PERPETUAL, DAY-DATE, and related marks are trademarks of their respective owner. The trademark owner is not a sponsor of, affiliated with, or in any way connected to this Sweepstakes, and has not endorsed it. The prize is a genuine watch sourced independently by the Sponsor. This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any company, including Instagram or TikTok.
9. Taxes
All federal, state, and local taxes, and any other costs and fees associated with the receipt or use of the prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner. The prize value will be reported to the U.S. Internal Revenue Service as required (e.g., IRS Form 1099-MISC), and the winner must provide a valid taxpayer identification number on IRS Form W-9. If the winner fails to provide required tax information, the Sponsor may be obligated to apply backup withholding and/or may withhold delivery of the prize until all requirements are met. The estimated value of this prize is approximately US $100,000, which will result in a substantial income-tax obligation; winners are strongly advised to consult their own tax advisor.
10. General Conditions
By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Rules, or acts in a disruptive or fraudulent manner. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs its integrity, subject to applicable law.
11. Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering, each entrant releases and holds harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates, suppliers, and agents from any liability, loss, or damage arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy, and will be used to administer the Sweepstakes and as otherwise described therein and permitted by applicable law (including the California Consumer Privacy Act).
13. Publicity
Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the winner's name, likeness, city and state of residence, and statements for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Official Rules and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Entrants consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in California.
15. Winners List
For the name of the winner, send a written request by email to icedjewelsnyc@gmail.com within sixty (60) days after the draw date, and the Sponsor will provide the winner's first name, last initial, and state of residence.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Official Rules is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
